Thank you for shopping with Brnzo. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website.

Brnzo ships orders to customers in the United States.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.

During holidays, high-volume periods, product launches, or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Cost

We offer flat-rate shipping of $2.00 per order for eligible orders shipped within the United States.

The shipping cost will be shown clearly at checkout before you place your order.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is usually 7–15 business days after the order has been processed.

Estimated total delivery time, including processing and transit, is usually 8–18 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on product availability, destination, carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, and other factors outside our control.

4. Shipping Locations and Fulfillment

Brnzo ships all orders from our U.S based warehouse.

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.

5. Order Tracking

When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after the carrier receives the package.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Brnzo is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@brnzo.com. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipment.

7. Delayed Orders

If your order is delayed, please contact us at support@brnzo.com with your order number.

We will check the order status and provide the most accurate update available.

A delay does not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or refund if the item is already in transit, but we will help resolve any delivery issue fairly.

8. Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check around your delivery location, mailbox, building office, family members, neighbors, or local carrier office.

If the package still cannot be located, contact us at support@brnzo.com within 7 days of the delivery scan.

We will review the issue and may request supporting information before offering a replacement or other resolution.

9. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, photos of the damaged item, photos of the packaging, and a short description of the issue.

We will review the case and provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.

10. International Shipping

At this time, Brnzo primarily serves customers in the United States.

If international shipping becomes available, shipping times, taxes, duties, and import fees may vary by destination and will be the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
