We want you to feel comfortable shopping with Brnzo. This Refund & Return Policy explains when returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges are accepted.
This policy applies to orders placed through Brnzo.com.
1. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days after the order is delivered.
The return window begins on the date the carrier marks the package as delivered.
To start a return, contact us at support@brnzo.com within 30 days of delivery.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, and any included parts.
The item must be returned in the same condition it was received.
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, including cases where the item is not what you expected, as long as the item meets the return conditions in this policy.
3. Items That Cannot Be Returned
For safety, hygiene, personalization, or product condition reasons, some items may not be eligible for return.
Non-returnable items may include:
Personalized, customized, engraved, or made-to-order items.
Opened or used personal care, beauty, hygiene, wellness, massage, grooming, or body-use products.
Gift cards or digital products, if offered.
Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
Items damaged by misuse, improper care, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or unauthorized repair.
Perishable products, fresh flowers, or live plants, if offered.
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, contact us before returning it.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@brnzo.com.
Please include:
Your order number.
A clear photo or video of the item.
A photo of the packaging.
A short explanation of the issue.
After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another fair solution.
For approved damaged, defective, or wrong-item claims, Brnzo will cover the return shipping cost when a return is required.
5. Return Shipping Cost
For returns caused by buyer’s remorse, wrong size/color selection, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For returns caused by a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Brnzo will cover return shipping when the claim is approved.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Return Method
Returns are handled by mail.
Before sending anything back, contact us at [support@brnzo.com] to request return instructions.
Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
7. Return Address
The return address may vary depending on the product and fulfillment location.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions by email.
Do not return items to the sender address on the package unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
8. Refund Processing Time
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
9. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible items when stock is available.
If you need a different color, variant, or replacement item, contact us at support@brnzo.com.
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.
10. Order Cancellations
You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
If the order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery under this policy.
11. Refused Deliveries and Undeliverable Orders
If an order is refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or failed delivery attempt, we will review the case after the package returns to the appropriate facility.
Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Refunds for refused or undeliverable orders may exclude original shipping costs and any carrier fees.
12. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund was approved but you have not received it after 10 business days, please check your bank account again, contact your card issuer or payment provider, and then contact us at support@brnzo.com.
